There are many reasons why you could have sewer gas entering your home. The most common causes are improperly installed plumbing system, dried traps from drains in your home that are infrequently used, a wax seal around toilets can go bad, or a vent line could be broken somewhere within the property. Lower water pressure in your home could be caused by a variety of different issues. Commonly your lower pressure could be from a partially closed or malfunctioning shut off valve, a crimped water line, or deposits that gather in older galvanized pipes. Additionally if your neighbors have strong water pressure, the problem in your home is most likely due to the water meter. Commonly we fix the water pressure by changing the valve or by replacing piping that has galvanized. Call Overall Plumbing & Heating for further help to fix your low water pressure.
